Once you have purchased a
downloadable product from
TurboTax, you can re-download it
as often as you need for up to 3
years after purchase.
Be sure to save the
TurboTax Downloaded File on
your computer.
After the download is completed,
double-click the file to install
the TurboTax
2013 product.
If you get a message stating
Unknown file type when
attempting to install your
download, right-click the
downloaded file and choose
Rename. Add .exe to the end of
the file name and re-press
Enter. This will enable the file
to install.
